Trans-forme is the French Representative within the World Transplant Game Federation.

Founded in 1989, the French Sport Transplant and Dialysis Federation "Trans-Forme" objectives are :

• To rehabilitate transplant and dialysis patients through physical activity.

• To increase the public awareness of transplantation success and needs for organs and tissues donation

• To encourage medical research on transplantation, dialysis and sport.

Trans-Forme annually runs the "Course du Cœur" ("Heart Race") and the Winter and Summer National Transplant and Dialysis Games for 20 years now.

Trans-Forme leads a team of transplanted competitors to represent France at the World Transplant Games, alternate with a team of transplanted and dialysed competitors at the European Transplant & Dialysed Games, every two years.

For Olivier Coustere, Founder and CEO of Trans-Forme, a wide scale mobilisation has to be maintained for the well-being and rehabilitation of transplant patients and the efforts must be emphasized in the coming years to increase organs donation.
